The EPA requires that firms performing renovation, repair, and painting projects that disturb lead-based paint in pre-1978 homes, child care facilities and schools be certified by EPA and that they use certified professionals who are trained by EPA-approved training providers to follow lead-safe work practices.

The product is painted on and then seas and binds lead dust while providing treatment of the lead hazards allowing for disposal.

They have reduced the amount of solvent in their formulations. They are low or no *VOC and low odor. And many of their coatings are formulated to clean easily and to resist mold or mildew growth on the paint film, thus helping to improve the indoor and outdoor environments.
We also use Purdy® Eco Pro® Brushes, Roller Covers, and Trays. These are painting supplies made from recycled and environmentally friendly materials.
